We may also collect financial information from you including credit card details or bank account numbers. We do not store credit card details nor do we share bank account numbers with any 3rd parties.
All contributions submitted to the Site and listings posted on the Site by you are voluntary and may include personal information relating to others. You may upload personal information belonging to others only when you have informed the individual that you will use their information in this way and received their express consent.
User Content submitted to the Site by You may include personal information. You may post User Content to the Site. You should be aware that other members and users will be able to access Your User Content.
Use of your personal information
We use your Registration Data in order to register you as a member of the Site, to administer your use of the Site and to provide you with services available through the Site, such as the Auctions, payment and messaging services and Contact Facility. Cancellations of a Bid or Listing
If a Sponsorship Provider (Buyer) decides to cancel a bid they must contact Us immediately by emailing Us at customerservice@sponsorship.bid to confirm that they wish to cancel their bid and the reasons for cancellation. As soon as reasonably possible following receipt of such notification We may, at Our sole discretion, allow the Buyer to cancel the bid. If a Sponsorship Seeker (Seller) wishes to withdraw a Sponsorship opportunity after the end of an Auction they must notify Us immediately and We will, at Our sole discretion, confirm whether or not the Sponsorship Opportunity can be withdrawn. Please review Section 10 of our Terms & Conditions for full disclosure of our cancellation policy.

You will only upload Contacts on to the Site if you have express permission from your Contacts to do so and your Contacts’ permission for Us to contact them as set out above, and you confirm that any such action by you or Us is in compliance with the DPA 1998. By uploading Contacts to the Site you confirm to us that you have such express permission from your Contacts and you agree to us contacting your Contacts as described above.
If any Contact requests that they be removed from the Site or that they are not contacted by Us in future (or they make any similar or related request) you agree that we can take any action that we deem appropriate to deal with any such request including by removing the Contact from your list of Contacts on the Site (and removing any details relating to them from the Site generally) without reference to you.
Information shared by You on the Site
Please be aware that other members of the Site as well as visitors to the Site who may not be members can see your bids and your listings including your business name.
Any information that you put on to your profile on the Site and any content that you post on the Site may be seen by others. Some communications that you send through the Site (for example, invitations, messages or requests to connect) will list your name and primary email address in the message as well as the name of the organisations you are connected with or represent. Messages that you send may also provide the recipients with information about your network and interests.
Further actions by you may allow additional information to be seen by third parties. For example, if you make a request to connect with a third party through the Site, once that request has been accepted, that third party will be able to view some of your details and information (including, for example, details about your network).
